Ruby Luuk’s design draws inspiration from the sailors who once navigated the Amstel’s sharp bends, harnessing the wind much like we now harness nature’s energy throughout the space.
From a thermal aquifer that stores hot water to a façade that responds to the seasons, the building puts sustainability first. Inside, light-filled desks and skyline-view meeting rooms set the scene for an inspired workday.
Ruby Luuk Workspaces is located at Amstelvlietstraat 4 in the modern and well-connected Amstelkwartier district in the east of Amsterdam. To reach the workspace, enter the Ruby Emma Hotel & Bar building and take the stairs to the first (half) floor.
The closest station is Spaklerweg, just a short walk from the workspace. From there, you can access Amsterdam’s main metro lines and travel easily throughout the city.
Yes. There is an underground parking garage directly beneath the Ruby Emma Hotel & Bar at Amstelvlietstraat 4. The quickest way to reach the entrance is via Amstelstroomlaan.
Access to Ruby Luuk depends on your contract or membership.
Day Pass holders can use the workspace from Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00. Membership S-L provides access Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 20:00. Members with an Everyday membership, as well as tenants of Private Offices or Dedicated Desks, enjoy 24/7 access.

Our memberships are flexible. You can choose 3, 6, or 12 visits per month, or the Everyday membership with 24/7 access. All memberships include barista-quality Hausbrandt coffee, organic Samova tea, fresh fruit, access to phone booths, and super-fast Wi-Fi. Catering options are available upon request.
Yes. With a Ruby Luuk membership or office, you can work at any Ruby workspace in Europe at any time.
Yes, we offer meeting rooms in various sizes – ideal for pitches, presentations, or creative workshops. They are equipped with a TV screen and a whiteboard. Barista coffee, organic tea from Samova, and fresh fruit are included and available as often as you like. We can also arrange catering upon request. Simply let us know your desired setup using the inquiry form – we'll get back to you promptly.
Yes. Our Virtual Office service provides a legally compliant business address in Amsterdam, including mail and package acceptance, secure storage, and flexible pick-up times. This service is included for Everyday membership subscribers as well as tenants of Dedicated Desks and Private Offices.
As an office tenant, you can of course receive guests in your office. For all other cases, your guests will need a Day Pass, which includes all Day Pass benefits.
Absolutely. Dogs are welcome throughout the workspace as long as they are well-behaved and kept on a leash. To make lunchtime enjoyable for everyone, the Join Area remains dog-free between 11:30 and 13:30 – perfect timing for a short walk with your dog.
