Named after the city’s buzzing business quarter, Ruby Carl draws design inspiration from Carlstadt's 19th-century banking boom, when Rhenish industry was on the up and fortunes were made.
Built in 1904, our space brings that spirit into the now, blending turn-of-the-century charm with cutting-edge connectivity for a productive day at work.
Ruby Carl Workspaces is located in the heart of Dusseldorf’s city center at Breite Strasse 27, just steps away from Carlsplatz and Königsallee. The Steinstrasse and Benrather Strasse subway stations are only a three-minute walk away, and Dusseldorf’s main train station can be reached in less than ten minutes.
The Steinstrasse subway station is just a three-minute walk away. The Benrather Strasse station is also very close, located right around the corner from our workspace in central Dusseldorf.
Ruby Carl does not have its own underground parking garage. However, several public parking garages are located just a few minutes away on foot, including Q-Park Kö59, Parkhaus am Carlsplatz, and Q-Park Carschhaus – ideal for guests arriving by car.
Access to Ruby Carl depends on your contract or membership. Day Pass holders can use the workspace from Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00. Membership S-L allows access Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 20:00. Members with an Everyday membership, as well as tenants of Private Offices and Dedicated Desks, enjoy 24/7 access.

Our memberships are flexible. You can choose 3, 6, or 12 visits per month, or the Everyday membership with 24/7 access. All memberships include barista-quality Hausbrandt coffee, organic Samova tea, fresh fruit, access to phone booths, and super-fast Wi-Fi. Catering options are available upon request.
Yes. As a Ruby Carl member or Private Office tenant, you’re welcome to work from the Join Area at any other Ruby workspace across Europe, giving you the freedom to stay productive wherever you go.
Yes, we offer meeting rooms in various sizes – ideal for pitches, presentations, or creative workshops. They are equipped with a TV screen and a whiteboard. Barista coffee, organic tea from Samova, and fresh fruit are included and available as often as you like. We can also arrange catering upon request. Simply let us know your desired setup using the inquiry form – we'll get back to you promptly.
Yes. Our Virtual Office service provides a legally compliant business address in Düsseldorf, including mail and package acceptance, secure storage, and convenient pick-up times. This service is included for Everyday membership subscribers as well as tenants of Dedicated Desks and Private Offices.
As an office tenant, you can of course receive guests in your office. For all other cases, your guests will need a Day Pass, which includes all Day Pass benefits.
Absolutely. Dogs are welcome throughout the workspace as long as they are well-behaved and kept on a leash. To make lunchtime enjoyable for everyone, the Join Area remains dog-free between 11:30 and 13:30 – perfect timing for a short walk with your dog.
