Perched atop Ruby Bea, our Florentine workspace overlooks the picturesque old town and rolling Tuscan hills. And all just ten minutes from the city’s main station, and half an hour from the airport.
Taking our name from one of Florence’s earliest literary lights, we’ve drawn inspiration from the Italian Renaissance. Think original stonework and exposed beams, playful perspectives and a painterly mix of light and dark.
When it comes to comfort though, our artistry’s thoroughly modern, with adjustable desks, supportive chairs, and access to a fully equipped kitchen.
And when you need a quick pick-me-up, our private roof terrace is a pretty spot to sip an al fresco espresso.
Ruby Dante Workspaces is located at Piazza della Libertà 14, in the heart of Florence. The nearest public transport stops are Libertà Parterre and Il Magnifico Libertà, both just a short walk away.

Ruby Dante does not have its own underground parking, but guests arriving by car can use the Parcheggio Parterre garage at Via del Ponte Rosso 4, just a 3-minute walk from the workspace.

With a Day Pass, you can use Ruby Dante Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:00. With a Membership S-L, you can use Ruby Dante Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 20:00. Everyday members (Membership 'Everyday') as well as tenants of Private Offices or Shared Offices enjoy 24/7 access.

Our memberships are flexible. You can choose 3, 6, or 12 visits per month, or the Everyday membership with 24/7 access. All memberships include barista-quality Hausbrandt coffee, organic Samova tea, fresh fruit, access to phone booths, and super-fast Wi-Fi. Catering options are available upon request.
Yes. As a Ruby Dante member or Private Office tenant, you’re welcome to work from the Join Area at any other Ruby workspace across Europe, giving you the freedom to stay productive wherever you go.
Yes, we offer meeting rooms in various sizes – ideal for pitches, presentations, or creative workshops. They are equipped with a TV screen and a whiteboard. Barista coffee, organic tea from Samova, and fresh fruit are included and available as often as you like. We can also arrange catering upon request. Simply let us know your desired setup using the inquiry form – we'll get back to you promptly.
Yes. Our Virtual Office service provides a legally compliant business address in Florence, including mail and package acceptance, secure storage, and flexible pick-up times. This service is included for Everyday membership subscribers as well as tenants of Dedicated Desks and Private Offices.
As an office tenant, you can of course receive guests in your office. For all other cases, your guests will need a Day Pass, which includes all Day Pass benefits.
Absolutely. Dogs are welcome throughout the workspace as long as they are well-behaved and kept on a leash. To make lunchtime enjoyable for everyone, the Join Area remains dog-free between 11:30 and 13:30 – perfect timing for a short walk with your dog.
