Ruby Yani is located between the historic Vieux Port and the business area of La Joliette, next to the charming district Le Panier. You'll find us on the ground, 1st, and 2nd floors, with Ruby Lilou Hotel right above us.
The closest bus stops are just a short walk away on Boulevard des Dames. Joliette and République-Dames stations are right nearby, making it easy to reach us from anywhere in Marseille.
What are the opening hours?
Access depends on your membership or contract.
Day Pass users can use Ruby Yani Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Membership SL holders have access Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Everyday members, as well as tenants of Dedicated Desks or Private Offices, enjoy 24/7 access.

How much does a workspace cost at Ruby Yani Workspaces in Marseille?
Prices vary depending on the product and your needs:
Fast Wi-Fi, barista coffee, organic tea, fresh fruit, and access to our Join Area are included in the price.
What does a Ruby Yani membership include?
Our memberships are flexible. You can choose 3, 6, or 12 visits per month, or the Everyday membership with 24/7 access. All memberships include barista-quality Hausbrandt coffee, organic Samova tea, fresh fruit, access to phone booths, and super-fast Wi-Fi. Catering options are available upon request.
As a member of Ruby Yani, can I also use other Ruby workspaces?
Yes. As a Ruby Yani member or Private Office tenant, you’re welcome to work from the Join Area at any other Ruby workspace across Europe, giving you the freedom to stay productive wherever you go.
Does Ruby Yani offer meeting rooms?
Yes, we offer meeting rooms in various sizes – ideal for pitches, presentations, or creative workshops. They are equipped with a TV screen and a whiteboard. Barista coffee, organic tea from Samova, and fresh fruit are included and available as often as you like. We can also arrange catering upon request. Simply let us know your desired setup using the inquiry form – we'll get back to you promptly.
Does Ruby Yani offer a virtual business address (Virtual Office)?
Yes. Our Virtual Office provides a legally compliant business address in Marseille, including mail and package acceptance with secure storage and convenient collection times. This service is included with Everyday membership, as well as Dedicated Desk and Private Office plans.
Can I bring guests?
As an office tenant, you can of course receive guests in your office. For all other cases, your guests will need a Day Pass, which includes all Day Pass benefits.
May I bring my dog?
Absolutely. Dogs are welcome throughout the workspace as long as they are well-behaved and kept on a leash. To make lunchtime enjoyable for everyone, the Join Area remains dog-free between 11:30 AM and 1:30 PM – perfect timing for a short walk with your dog.
