A short stroll from Stadtmitte station in Stuttgart’s stylish Gerber shopping quarter, alovingly restored, historic wine warehouse is now home to Ruby Fred. In a city encircled by vineyards, our design plays subtle homage to the alchemists who firstturned humble grapes into delicious wine.
Bathed in natural light, you’ll find modern furnishings like adjustable desks and chairsmingling with dark wood, jewel tones and smoked glass.
And, while espresso might be the stiffest drink on offer at Ruby Fred, a skilfully shakencocktail awaits, just downstairs at Ruby Hanna, our sister hotel.
Ruby Fred Workspaces is centrally located at Sophienstraße 21, right in the heart of Stuttgart’s city center. The workspace enjoys excellent transport connections and is just steps from cafes, restaurants, and shops.
The Stadtmitte and Österreichischer Platz stations are each just a few minutes’ walk away, offering quick access to destinations throughout the city.
Ruby Fred does not have its own underground parking garage, but guests can use the B+B parking garage in the Gerber underground complex. It is centrally located, easily accessible, and popular with many Ruby Hanna and Ruby Fred visitors.
Access depends on your membership or contract.
Day Pass users can use Ruby Fred Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:00. Membership SL holders have access Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 20:00. Everyday members, as well as tenants of Dedicated Desks or Private Offices, enjoy 24/7 access.

Our memberships are flexible. You can choose 3, 6, or 12 visits per month, or the Everyday membership with 24/7 access. All memberships include barista-quality Hausbrandt coffee, organic Samova tea, fresh fruit, access to phone booths, and super-fast Wi-Fi. Catering options are available upon request.
Yes. As a Ruby Fred member or Private Office tenant, you’re welcome to work from the Join Area at any other Ruby workspace across Europe, giving you the freedom to stay productive wherever you go.
Yes, we offer meeting rooms in various sizes – ideal for pitches, presentations, or creative workshops. They are equipped with a TV screen and a whiteboard. Barista coffee, organic tea from Samova, and fresh fruit are included and available as often as you like. We can also arrange catering upon request. Simply let us know your desired setup using the inquiry form – we'll get back to you promptly.
Yes. Our Virtual Office provides a legally valid business address, including mail and package acceptance with secure storage. This service is included with Everyday membership, as well as Dedicated Desk and Private Office plans.
As an office tenant, you can of course receive guests in your office. For all other cases, your guests will need a Day Pass, which includes all Day Pass benefits.
Absolutely. Dogs are welcome throughout the workspace as long as they are well-behaved and kept on a leash. To make lunchtime enjoyable for everyone, the Join Area remains dog-free between 11:30 and 13:30 – perfect timing for a short walk with your dog.
